A good place to start

I purchased this book when I started working as a pediatric pharmacist. The book provides a good overview of everything from changes in metabolic pathways with aging to the pros and cons of various seizure medications. With that said, it is very much an introductory piece. For a fuller picture, one still has to search available literature and work with actual patients.
As a side note, there's a plethora of grammatical errors within the textbook. At least the information that lies therein is sound.
