Hang on for the ride...

Strap in, grab hold of some popcorn and get ready to dive into Creatures of the Moon, by Kristine Overbrook. This book is as much fun to read as watching an episode of Castle on television. Lydia Davis is a strong, intelligent detective trying to catch the Bestial Butcher, a serial killer unlike any known to man. And she always gets her man. Ryan Williams has faith in her determination and wants in on the take down. But he's a reporter... and untrustworthy. Until he saves her life. This story is full of gut-punching action and police chases all rolled up in a bit of tenderness and a whole lot of steam. It's going to take all the courage Lydia can muster to handle what comes at her in this action packed paranormal thriller.

Paranormal romance...a must read!

First, let me say this is an adult paranormal romance and I normally read YA. I was told about the premise for this book a few months ago and I was dying to get my hands on it. The suspense is incredible in this one revealing yet more about Ryan Williams and his werewolf past. Will Detective Lydia Davis find what she's looking for and needs?
Kristine weaves suspense, intrigue and romance with grace. Gripping you along for the entire ride, you want to keep turning the pages. I was so impressed with the depths of her characters and Lydia the kick-ass female she introduces us to! I loved her characters and Lydia the kick-ass female she introduces us to. The romance between Lydia and Ryan was amazing and hot!

Creatures of the Moon

I am a big fan of paranormal romance, and love all the supernatural creatures that populate them and I was thrilled to read an advance copy of Creatures of the Moon. Kristine Overbrook did not disappoint. This was a fast-paced, suspense packed story, with enough of a twist on the werewolf mythos to make it very fresh. She didn't shy away from some of the more 'untidy' aspects of being a wolf.
If you like paranormal suspense, this is a book you don't want to miss.
